Most pieces on exhibit at the gallery incorporate layers of acrylic ink, paint, and plexiglass or resin that trick and delight the eye.
Brent is an Associate Professor of Art and Visual Culture at Iowa State University. He holds an MFA in painting from the University of Washington, Seattle and a BFA in drawing from Missouri State University, Springfield.
