President - Standing Committees, Special Assignments, Gallery, Artist of the Month, Special Committees, Audit Committee, Satellite Galleries

 

First Vice President - Programs, Telephone, Lessons & Workshops, Sunshine, Grace/Inspiration Field Trips

 

Second Vice President - Children’s Project, Calligraphy/Signs, Festival of Arts, Social, Hospitality

 

Secretary - Publicity, Yearbook, Newsletter, Cameo

 

Treasurer - Membership, Fall Show Drawing, Ways & Means, Purchase Awards, Budget & Finance

 

As soon after election as possible, the incoming President shall conduct a meeting of all elected officers and select committee Chairmen for the coming year.

     1. All Standing Committee Chairmen shall serve as members of the Board of Directors.

     2. Committee Chairmen shall report to their respective Executive Officer; all Executive Officers shall report

         to the President.

     3. Executive Officers are ex-officio members of committees as listed in Organizational Chart.
