September found us thinking of landscapes -- perhaps with water and/or mountains.

The Guild met once again and it was great to see everyone there at our new meeting place in the Community Room at the Kimberling Area Library. The Winners of this Artist of the Month competition interpreted the theme with a variety of media. Jan O'Neill took first place with her acrylic painting of her "happy place." Second Place winner, Sarah Odell, shared a photograph of the sunrise over the water at Tybee Island, GA where she traveled this summer. For third place honors, Diane Robben, created a watercolor of water at nearby Cape Fair.
