My name is Kathy Thierstein.  I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska.  I then moved to Colorado in 1978 with my husband.  Lived in the mountain for 15 years then moved to Lampe, MO on Table Rock Lake in 1993. I went to work as a Pharmacy Tech in Kimberling City, MO and for a hobby I was taught how to make jewelry from a good friend.  I saw how she made beautiful jewelry from Swarovski Crystals and Sterling Silver and I wanted to learn.  I started this hobby about 10 years ago.  I really enjoy it and love making pretty necklaces and earrings and bracelet’s that people wear. I started selling my jewelry in the pharmacy and saw how well it was selling.  I started going to Craft fairs and placing it in stores around Branson and Kimberling City, MO. It really makes me feel good when I see someone wearing my jewelry.  Now that I am retired, I have more time for my favorite hobby and I am a member of the Branson West Art Guild.
