Have you met Linda yet!
Linda's work will be featured in the Gallery through the end of September. If you missed her reception on the "first Friday," come by and see it soon!
Linda Edge-Dunlap was born in a small town in central Iowa. She studied photography with a protégé of Ansel Adams at Iowa State University and exclusively used "the zone system" for all aspects of photography. After finishing all offered photo classes a
t ISU, she transferred to The University of Iowa and continued with her art education. While a student, she landed a job as a staff photographer with Photographic Services, an educational/service based business within the University, ultimately becoming their Manager.
Linda has a long record of successfully guiding clients towards a product that will exceed expectations in design and marketability. She has worked every aspect of the photographic industry from copy work to original photography. With extensive experience in aerial, still life, architecture, sports photography, portraiture, and industrial photography, she has represented major corporations and private individuals.
Passionate about the water, the move to Table Rock and the Ozarks was a natural fit. With encouragement from family and friends, Linda re-started Edge Photography in 2014 after retirement from the University of Iowa. In her free time, Linda is active with the Table Rock Art Guild and is a Co-Chairman for the Guild's Fall Art Festival, October 7-8. Linda has also designed the ticket and photographed the homes for Neighbor's and Friends Home Tour for 2015 and 2016.
